Ease of deployment – ETAS is stored on a web server and accessed through a web browser.  There is no individual PC setup required.

Ease and reduction in time for calculating payable time – ETAS calculates employee payable hours in minutes and is 100% accurate. The system can be customized to take into account company polices regarding employee hours and company accounting practices.

Integration with external accounting applications and services – ETAS currently integrates with ADP and can import and export payroll data.  The underlying technology of the system makes it easy to be integrated with other services for benefits, insurance, reporting and other purposes.

Time off management – ETAS provides the ability for the employees to submit time off requests, monitor these requests  and view available time off. ETAS provides the ability for mangers to monitor these requests and approve or deny them.  ETAS facilitates this process by providing notification to either the employee of the manager when there is a request which requires actions.

Role based functionality – ETAS is allows the administrator to assign functionality by roles.  ETAS’s flexible role assignment capabilities allow a user to be assigned to one or several roles as needed.  The delivered roles are listed below along with their distinct rights and functionality:

· Employee – log time worked, manage time off, view their own previous time worked.

· Assistant to administrator – in addition to the employee functionality the ability log unplanned absences for employees in the department.

· Administrator (Manager) – ability to view, edit and approve time worked, and time off for the employees assigned to that administrator/manager.  The ability to view employees who are currently logged in.

· Payroll – ability to process employee’s time worked for payment and exporting the data to ADP.

· Payroll Administrator (Manager) – ability to setup new employees in the system (directly or through and import from ADP),  setup departments and administrators/managers, setup office closings (holidays, company closings, weather closings)

Localized – ETAS has the built in capability to accommodate offices or departments in different locations and time zones and assign managers based on departments and office locations.
